LeaderSoft Gear Measuring and Evaluating Software for Gear Wheel

LeaderSoft Gear is one measuring and evaluating system for involute cylindrical gear of three -dimensional measuring machine; it runs for windowXP platform.

LeaderSoft Gear can measure and evaluate interior and outer gear wheel, involute sample and spiral curve within following parameter:

1 ≤Mn （normal module） ≤75 ； 6 ≤Z （number of tooth） ≤200 ； 6°≤аn （normal pressure angle） ≤30° ； 0°≤β 。（helix angle of reference circle） ≤90° ；－ 1.5≤ξ （addendum modification coefficient） ≤1.5 ； 0.1≤ C° （radial clearance angle） ≤0.4

1. circular pitch error (△fpt), cumulative pitch error (△fp), cumulative K gear error (△ Fpr), runout of geared ring(△fr), thickness windage (△Eδ); 2. tooth profile error (△ff), involute profile error(△fff) and nominal pressure angle error (△ffα)； 3. tooth alignment error (△Fβ), it can be divided into form error and angular error (△fHb), helix angle error is available with △fHb.
